:Sdot_mlm: If the project is not done within 1 week after payment, the customer reserves the right to receive a free logo / banner. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ :Sarrow_mlm: This only applies if there are reasonable response times ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The customer has to point this out themselves before ticket closure. :Sdot_mlm: After no responses from customers I reserve the right to close the ticket indefinitely. I have the right to decline more than 1 revision. I reserve the right to resell and publish every creation of mine. New orders will only be started after all previous orders are paid for. :Sdot_mlm: Refunds will only be given out when I have not started on your order yet. Giveaway prizes must be claimed within 3 days after winning.
